As the year comes to a close, we’re reflecting on The Fez 2025 celebrations that brought friends, families, and communities together. Every event we have hosted was a celebration worth remembering. From the sparkle of weddings, to elegant galas, community banquets, school formals, milestone celebrations, and more.
The Fez 2025 Weddings Come Full Circle
We had the joy of hosting intimate ceremonies, stunning weddings, and grand receptions, each with its own unique style and personality. Our venue was filled with love, joy, and laughter as families and friends gathered to celebrate.
Standout moments from the year included a Sparkling & Heartfelt Winter Wedding, with a reception in the very room where the bride’s parents had celebrated their own wedding. But that wasn’t the only wedding that brought a couple’s love story full circle.
Same Venue, New Love Story
In October we were honored to host a family wedding legacy at The Fez. The grooms’ parents had celebrated their wedding in the Balconade Room in October 1995. The brides’ parents celebrated their wedding in the Grand Ballroom in November 1999. Seeing families return to The Fez generation after generation is the greatest compliment we could receive.
Bold Color Palettes for Milestone Celebrations & Unforgettable Wedding Themes
Decor trends sparkled in every corner, from elegant floral arrangements and dramatic lighting to personalized touches that reflected the individuality of each celebration. Every detail mattered, and we were thrilled to see your vision come to life.
- Fairytale themes featuring lush greenery, floral installations, and soft lighting brought a touch of romance into our wedding venue.
- 2025 wasn’t just pastels. Rich, dramatic colors like mocha brown, emerald green, burgundy, and sunset inspired blends were everywhere. These palettes gave many weddings a cozy yet sophisticated look.
- A red, white, and blue wedding, Carnival Themed Baby Shower, Black, Gold and Green 50th Birthday Party, and Roaring 20s birthday party were among the many themed celebrations we hosted that were bursting with color.
- A Pittsburgh Wedding theme with Steel City Spirit was a standout. The April 12th (412 Day) wedding showcased elements of the city they love. We were thrilled to be part of this special day.
The Fez 2025 Dining Events
Dining events were a highlight throughout the year, with menus that delighted every palate. Our team excelled at crafting dining experiences that combined impeccable service, exceptional cuisine, and beautiful presentation.
- Cupids Buffet: Couples traded the restaurant rush on Valentine’s Day for a romantic evening at The Fez. Live jazz performed by local musicians Bob Vallecorsa and Bobby Short set the tone for romance. Guests enjoyed a gourmet buffet, signature cocktails including Cupid’s Potion, and complementary champagne with berries on arrival.
- Easter Sunday: Our 48th Annual Easter Buffet featured two seating times that reached full capacity. Families gathered for a cherished holiday dining event with chef-carved meats, pastas, seasonal sides, and desserts. The Easter Bunny also made an appearance for photos and to hand out candy and prizes to the kids.
- Mother’s Day: Families came together to celebrate mom at The Fez. Guests were treated to savory soups, fresh salads, chef-carved meats, irresistible entrées, and indulgent desserts. Brunch included made-to-order omelets, eggs, and classic breakfast favorites. Signature cocktails like Mom’s Mai Tai and the Mama-Tini made it easy to toast the women who make every day extraordinary.
- Thanksgiving Buffet & To-Go Dinners: This sold-out celebration with three seating times included Thanksgiving favorites plus blackened salmon, roast beef, house made soups, salad bar, and traditional desserts. Thanksgiving to-go orders surged for whole roasted turkey dinners that feed 10-12 and individual grab and go takeout orders, making it easier for families to dine at home.
- Christmas Dinner To-Go: For the first time, we offered the convenience of online ordering from our Christmas menu. Family feast bundles were a favorite, along with a la carte mains, signature sides, soup, trimmings, and sauces. The response was tremendous, and look forward to this festive menu next holiday season.
Meaningful Milestones
2025 was a year of celebrations that mattered. The calendar was filled with special occasions, including milestone birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties, and community events. We were honored to host winter formals and athletic banquets for local school districts. We thank Aliquippa, Ambridge, Blackhawk, Beaver Valley, Central Valley, Freedom, Hopewell, New Brighton, Montour, Moon, Rochester, South Side, West Allegheny, and more local schools for choosing The Fez for their celebrations.
Cherished community events, including TET (Vietnam Vets of America Chapter 862) and the 2025 Best of the Valley Community’s Choice Awards returned to our venue. We also supported the PA Cyber team with training sessions hosted across our entire venue.

We’re also excited to announce The Bridal Experience is coming back to The Fez. Our boutique bridal show, now in its 22nd year, features a bridal luncheon, signature cocktails, music, and immersive exhibitor experiences. Join us on Sunday, January, 11, 2026 from 11am-2pm and receive exclusive show specials from Pittsburgh wedding professionals.
