How Can I Check Available Dates?

Do you Charge Room Rental Fees?
No, typically we do not. Our menu prices include the use of our rooms unless you have a special need for additional time.
How Do I Reserve My Date?
We can place a tentative no obligation hold for two weeks on any one date with just your name, phone number, and email.
You can reserve your date with us in one of two ways.
For your convenience, you can use our online Event Booking Form (call us for the password for this page) to provide us the basic details needed to generate your reservation in our system. Once processed, we’ll send you our service agreement by email for your signature, initials and deposit payment.
1. You may upload your executed service agreement online and place your deposit via credit card.
2. You can send your signed and initialed service agreement along with a deposit check payment by mail.
What Can I Expect When I Book The Fez?
Most importantly, you can expect professional planning services with excellent food, a professional staff, and all at very reasonable prices.
Generally speaking, we can plan your wedding with just two meetings. Your initial tour meeting and a second detail meeting approximately three months prior to your wedding date. Once your reservation is complete we will provide you with all necessary documentation planning guides, room charts, recommended vendors and much more to make your wedding planning a snap!
Can You Host My Ceremony in Addition to My Reception?
Absolutely! We can host both your ceremony and reception on-site. This option has become increasingly popular for couples. Having both your ceremony and reception on-site allows for an easy transition and saves travel time for both you and your guests.
There is a separate fee for on-site ceremonies that covers the time for additional set-up required for the ceremony, early access to our bridal suite prior to the ceremony, and everything else included in our ceremony bundle. Rates are reasonable and do vary please ask for details!
Do You Have Overnight Accommodations?
Although we do not have overnight accommodations on-site. We do however, work closely with several of the hotels in the Pittsburgh/Airport area that provide special rates and other services for our brides. We can provide you with our hotel partners once you have booked your event with us.
Can You Recommend Other Service Providers?
Yes. We have a list of trusted providers and would be happy to go over them with you once you’ve booked with us. Most of them are local and have been partnering with The Fez for quite some time.
Can I Bring in My Own Centerpieces?
Yes. We provide centerpieces for all our events, however, you can opt not to use them. Our centerpieces are 2 separate items: A round glass mirror and a black lantern. You can use the whole centerpiece, either of the items individually, or you may provide your own centerpieces.
Can I Bring in My Own Chair Covers?
Unfortunately no. Chair Covers must be ordered through The Fez.
Can We Bring In Our Own Cakes and Cookies?
Yes. While we do provide all food and beverages in house, you are able to have cake and/or cookies delivered to the facility from an outside baker. All cookies need to be trayed, covered and ready to serve upon delivery. We will have all of the cookie tables set-up when the cookies are delivered.
Is Your Facility Handicap Accessible?
Yes. The Fez has handicap accessible ramps into the building as well as handicap accessible restrooms. We will do our best to make sure your needs are met and that everyone attending the event is comfortable.
Can We Taste The Wedding Cake Included in Your Packages?
Yes. When you select our baker you will work one-on-one with her to make your selections for your cake. You will also have an opportunity to do an in person tasting of your selections.
What is the Seating Capacity for Each Room?
Each of our rooms can accommodate a different number of guests. Below are the room minimums and maximums:
Terrace Room: 50 – 180
Balconade Room: 150 – 300
Grand Ballroom: 200 – 500
Are There any Accommodations for Food Allergies?
Yes. Please let us know as soon as possible what allergies you will need accommodated and we can help you make food selections that meet those needs when possible.
Can I Bring in My Own Caterer?
Sorry, we do not permit outside caterers. The Fez is a full service venue that has provided professional food and beverage services in-house for over 50 years.
When Can I, My Florist or Decorator Come in Prior To My Event?
If the room you are using has an event the night before, you will be permitted to come in the morning of your event. The exact time will be given to you closer to your event date. If the room you are using does not have an event the night before, you can make arrangements to come in the day before. Please call for time slot availability.
What are Your Covid Policies
We do not impose any Covid restrictions in-house. Although we do comply with all federal and state mandates when we are required to do so.
